THE SAKURA AT BROOKLYN BOTANIC GARDEN I remember our first Sakura Festival at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Our daughter was only four. The blossoms were glorious: rows of pink and white clouds on high branches, and merry people below, eating, drinking, and laughing.
